My music
I draw on the delicacy of Americana, such as Father John Misty, Ryan Adams, Johnny Cash: however I mix it with the with a distinct British/ Irish celtic influence, acts such as Damien Rice, David Gray, Ben Howard. I play a powerful acoustic solo show from 30 to 90 minutes, ranging from Johnny Cash-esk americana anthems to sweet and soft, folk ballads. The mood throughout my set can go from table-stomping sing-a-longs to pin-drop-in-a-room moments. I've recently supported Nashville singers Robby Hecht and Caroline Spence this year, as well as supporting Ben Caplan on his sold out U.K. tour....
I need
A P.A. with a decent microphone and guitar input is ideal, but i'm happy to play unplugged too. I'm currently planning a tour with my violin player - so expect two part hamormy songs with celtic folk instrumentals.
